The property is exactly as described, it's cozy, everything is new, beatifully designed bathroom, modern new windows, impeccably clean, beautiful terrace at the the roof, lovely breakfast area. Everyone was genuinely so kind, Alex and his wife are such nice and helpful people! The spa on premises also is great, has very reasonable prices compared to other touristy locations, and is very professional and soothing. I absolutely recommend getting a massage - it was just what I needed and it was a great massage. On top of all that breakfast was wonderful as well, with an incredibly rich plate of fresh fruit that I absolutely loved, scrambled eggs offered every day and properly brewer strong coffee! I am gluten intolerant and Alex made sure I have gluten free options for breakfast as well. The location is good, a few minute walk to a beach, and walkable to a couple nearby beaches (albeit a little longer walk, but I like to walk - you can easily get a tuk tuk though).

The units at the bed and breakfast feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower, units at the bed and breakfast also have free WiFi, while some rooms also offer a terrace. At the bed and breakfast, the units include bed linen and towels. "Nyumba ya Afrika" will make you feel at home during your stay! At the end of this wonderful experience, we can confirm everything! Andrea and his team are amazing! We had the pleasure of getting to know him, and he drew us into his adventure. Our safari room was perfect, beyond expectations, not to mention the abundant and delicious food. We tried the fish dinner and the Swahili one, both amazing thanks to the chef, who surprised us!! Let me mention Andrea again, always there for every need. Great job "Nyumba ya Afrika", don't hesitate to arrange your holidays with them. You'll come back home happy and relaxed!

A very warm welcome from the Managenent Rooms are out of this world, very uniquely designed. Wow A romantic valentines dinner by the pool was special.

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at AHG Lion Beach Resort. Staff was very helpful and food was amazing (especially sea food and grill). Location is great. Good thing is that they served a variety of food items and yet zero wastage. All staff members were so good - reception, animators, grill chef (one of the best squids I had), pasta chef, bartenders, aqua gym, helpers, hotel manager… everyone.

The accommodation features room service, and currency exchange for guests. I loved everything about this resort. The best food in watamu and the service is just excellent. Highly recommend this place
