The staff were all sublimely professional and pleasant to interact with. When we arrived, on top of our luggage we also had a carrier bag. They looked after our bags while we checked in, and once we were done found they'd put the carrier bag into a much nicer hotel branded bag haha. Loved the whole stay. They have passcard locked doors for easy access into the hotel from multiple entrances, so its very secure
