It located steps from Namba Station which is a huge plus. The staff working the hotel from the front desk to the restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a king room on the upper floors that overlooked Namba Station and the views at night were beautiful. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and the rainfall shower was a huge plus. Well worth the money.

Located in the heart of Osaka's Midosuji area, the 5-star St. Regis offers its signature butler service, a exquisite decor with touches of traditional Japanese aesthetics. Contemporary, comfortable rooms boast magnificent city views. It is located directly above Honmachi Subway Station's Exit 7. Many staff don't speak english so it's hard to communicate fluently. The hotel is amazing but need some love, a better manager, many little defects that should be fixed and convert it in a real 5 starts hotel

Guests staying in the Club rooms have access to the exclusive Club Lounge. The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.
