Setsu Niseko offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hot spring bath. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. The property is so beautiful and central to everything! I enjoyed just staying around the resort and my room with my beautiful view of the mountains. Would come back in a heart beat!!!

Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Ski and snowboard storage facilities are available. Everything about this property was perfect. From the location, to the views, to the facilities...incredible. But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, golfing and hiking. Nice place, facility, got free private onsen for 1 time. Access very near to gondola hirafu. Friendly staff and got a ride to bus stop.

Speaking Mandarin, English, Spanish and Indonesian at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath, a sauna and a hot tub. Guests at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will be able to enjoy activities in and around Niseko, like skiing. Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and public bath, as well as a garden. Cannot fault !! This house was an absolute dream. We are already planning our next trip back

This 5-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel has ski-to-door access. Everything was perfect. Location is great, breakfast is awesome. Rooms have a washing machine. Staff was very nice.

At Niseko Resort Inn Hotel, guests can reserve a private bath to unwind in, relax in a massage chair or use the laundry facilities for free. A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. Breakfast was good, they cook eggs to order, toaster is (they know and it was funny) slow. Transport can be an issue but they do their very best to accommodate reasonable requests. They do not really shout about it but their amazingly good value dinners 2-3 times a week and is thoroughly recommended. private chef, superb.
