This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at - from the hospitable welcome, the myriad of amenities (free welcome hot bev, udon noodles post-onsen, incredible rooftop onsen with great views, free ice cream and Yakult post-bath), cute and clean rooms, the ease of doing laundry within the women's locker change rooms etc. The buffet breakfast was super delicious and we just really enjoyed our time and experience here we wanted to stay in the whole time. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're in Matsumoto.

The hallway to eat diner and breakfast is amazing dated from edo period. Rooms are modern and spacious. The chef was working in refined restaurant in Tokyo before and he is cooking an amazing food, the best I had during my trip in nagano. Staff was nice and friendly. I really recommend.
