He is so thoughtful that he gave my sister a gift and wished her happy birthday. Even before we checkout, he gave us a gift and thanks us for choosing to stay in his hotel. He really go the extra mile to serve the guest and make them feel at home. There is even 24-7 onsen and jacuzzi FOC for the guest. I strongly recommend others to stay in kawaguchiko crescendo. Its not only value for money and service excellent. The hotel location although slightly away from the bus stop but just enjoy the brisk walk. I really enjoy the stay in this hotel. Will definitely come back in my next visit in kawaguchiko.

Featuring a spa and wellness centre, this 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel offers a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. A really good price for what you get. The onsen was small but cozy. The hotel staff was super responsive and helpful. We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Japan (some very expensive), but this one, which was the cheapest, was the BEST.
