Nagisa (Chrissy) especially! She greeted us when we arrived with a great smile and a super friendly demeanor. We then spent a good amount of time talking with her about the hotel, places to eat and things we could do around the area. Her professional manner and thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable!
