It was spacious and very clean (big enough to accomodate two big open suitcases). The lobby staff all spoke English. The baths were also spacious and clean. Every floor has a vending machine which is also awesome. When it was time to leave the staff took care of measuring our luggage and filling out the form to send our luggage to our next hotel. When I lost my credit card and it was found by the police, the staff called my room and let me know then they printed out a map and gave me clear instructions on where to go to get it back. All in all, my stay here was very plesant and me and my spouse intend to stay with them again in the future.

The public baths were fantastic, clean and hygienic - the views/setting changes between the men and women everyday so that both baths can be experienced. They even helped us with our luggage and sending it across to Tokyo with minimum fuss, at our convenience. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
