Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

We loved the staff, kanna made our trip such an amazing memory and we wish her the best as she has been an absolute delight ! We were also offered an upgrade to an apartment from our room. We were travelling a lot and use the room only to sleep, bath and relax a little bit after long days. So we have no clue about the restaurants. The parking is sufficient and the hotel is well placed to make trips in the surroundings. We felt very well treated.
