The service was super great, they helped us take the luggage when checking in and checking out. The room was hugee. I booked room for 3 and room for 2, somehow the room for 3 was so huge I think it can fit 6. The food was amazing and tasty. 10/10 will recommend it to other. I have stayed in other ryokan in kinosaki before, and this one was cheaper than my previous stay but the experience was wayyyy better
