The staff were so friendly and helpful even when the language barrier popped up . The views are breathtaking over to Miyajima island - and they have a private onsen that I booked at 6am to see the sunrise over the island - amazing ! The hotel onsen is great and the food is great too . Shuttle bus to local train station and ferry port which was handy . Love this place , had two nights , one day exploring Hiroshima , one day on the island . If I ever return to Japan , this will be my first choice hotel in the area !

We were able to securely drop off our luggage early. Then we explored the city and returned later to check in. Our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Very convenient! We loved the complimentary treats, such as coffee, lemonade, ice cream and ramen! There was also a welcome treat in our bedroom on arrival. There were plenty of toiletries to use if needed. The public bath was awesome! It had indoor and open air baths so it was nice to try both. We also used the free shuttle service to the JR station, which was very convenient with luggage! The room was spotless. I would absolutely stay here again!
