Our room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were available and much appreciated. The onsen on the 9th floor was great and also free. The dinner we had there one evening was delicious. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. We would come again.

The on-site restaurant serves both International and Japanese cuisines. Probably the best hotel I stayed in my 3-week travel. The room was huge, beautiful, with all the amenities you need. The private onsen was also very nice - small but enough for 2 people. The location was also very convenient for a 1-night stay. Just 5min walk from the train and bus station

Guests can enjoy a fresh cup of green tea. Onsen was very good. Not crowded, in perfect condition, with a nice view. Pay attention to the fliers in lobby - we found nice exhibition in a local cafe.

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a water park. Guests can use the sauna and the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. I explored the area, and it was very beautiful. The hotsprings were super relaxed. Breakfast/dinner was also delicious. And of course, very friendly staff. I asked if tattoos were okay for the hotspings, and they said it was okay. Although there was a sign saying no tattoos (as well on website), they seemed to be really nice about it & allowed it. Bonus points for that.

Breakfast was delicious - we like Japanese dishes and the breakfast buffet had a variety of items. Restaurant staff is friendly and seating was quick. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and pillows. The Hida area woodworks were nice accents and touches. The onsen bath was wonderful with the perfect water temperature for a relaxing soak. The in room washer and dryer unit was very convenient to do laundry. Laundry soap was provided by the hotel. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Takayama Station. From the hotel, it is about a 20 minute leisurely walk to the Morning market.
