This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return

Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. Our room was an upgrade, except we could not get an upgraded room with one big bed. We had to take two twin beds. My wife and I have not slept separately in years, hahaha. But the hotel is incredibly cozy, a great old school vibe, and the room had an unbelievable view of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Sauna and the hot & cold pools. The ambient lights in the dome room. Very good quality meat for BBQ.

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of regular breakfast food as well as Japanese. The simulator in the gym was awesome as well. Can't fault this place!

Incredible service Incredibly family centric experience with many items available at front desk like card games and Nintendo switch. The kids loved every minute and wanted to come back immediately.
