The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a sauna, hot spring bath and spa centre. We loved this place, due to its design, comfort and little extras that made the stay so enjoyable. Clean, comfortable room, very cozy. Completely dark and quiet at night. Nice view over Matsumoto and the mountains. Beautiful outdoor and indoor Onsen and small sauna. Couple of free things that sweetened the experience: very tasty soup in the evening, popsicles next to the Onsen, welcome drink. Good location, close to restaurants, could walk to the castle. The room is rather small, but normal for Japan and well designed to feel spacious.

Guests can unwind in the spacious hot spring baths in the adjacent Fujiyama Onsen bathhouse, which also features a massage salon. Free luggage storage and free parking are available on site. In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. Beautiful views from the hotel. The restaurant food is delicious. The connection to the park is easy and the facility to ride a bus from and to Tokyo right out the hotel definitely gave us a great experience
