The staff was super kind and provided top notch service. The room was great for family of 4 and the amenities were replenish daily. They room was super clean and so was the hotel. The food was excellent. The location was great only 10 min walk to the train station and by 2 or 3 giant malls. We loves being in a not crowded area

Our lovely receptionist upgraded us as we were celebrating our anniversary. He was the sweetest but i didnt get to catch his name. They had free shuttle bus to maihama station and we could just walk to disneyland from there.
