Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!

The location also was centrally located for all the attractions on Awaji Island and I highly recommend taking the SoMa bus if you don't have a car to all the botanical gardens and other attractions on the island. The traditional Onsen spas is a must to try! I have never had an spa this exceptional in anywhere I have traveled to and I highly recommend the spa services. There is an Ayurvedic treatment of warm oil dripping on your forehead as you receive a head massage. The food is par excellence, featuring local products that will not disappoint. Their dessert bar with hand-made ice creams and treats are a delight. The service was exceptional! We had an English speaking staff member, Sara, who made our trip incredibly comfortable. Sara is extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in transportation to our separate airports. I will be going back and brining my husband who needs to experience this sensational resort hotel.

Beautiful ocean view from the room and also from the open bath. You can hear the sound of waves, birds,etc. Exceptional experience. Dinner and breakfast were also exceptional.
