I did not expect to find a gem like this and I actually ended up staying a few extra days than I had planned. There's brilliant haircare products and skincare products as well as hairdryers and comfortable places to sit and do makeup etc. Loads of free space to relax. A smoking area... it just goes on! The staff were especially helpful. One staff member speaks brilliant English and was icredibly helpful when I needed to extend my stay (twice!!) The sleeping areas are the quietest i've ever been to. I guess they designed them to be really quiet, with sliding doors, carpets etc. I could basically live here.
