Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. We did not have much expectation because we just needed to have a place to stay for one night. But this place really exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely polite and professional. They did not speak English but tried their best to communicate with us. The room was pretty clean and comfy. The highlight was the in-house onsen and breakfast! Highly recommended!
