Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort.
