The staff at Ocean Cliff Hotel were so sweet, kind, professional and thoughtful. We enjoyed all of our meals, massages at the spa and time at the pool. The hotel is in excellent shape with mature landscaping.

My major issue was with bookings I would advise any one who using booking to be care the price they have given was different when I went to the hotel it was almost $300 over the price that bookings gave to me so please be careful with bookings I reach out bookings and no one had response to me but again thanks to all the staff.

The hotel offers everything you need, with some extra water activities (some of them included). Food and drinks are quite good. The rooms are large and comfortable, even the junior suite. There are lots of options of drinks in the bars and the main restaurant also offers a great variety of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't use the pools, but there three options, being one of them a bar pool. An agenda with daily activities is available and you can easily access the schedule through the RIU App, which is quite practical.
