I fully enjoy myself at blue polamo the staff was very helpful and supportive the breakfast was excellent the chef prepare the best breakfast every and the staff clean my room daily, l never travel alone to Jamaica 🇯🇲 before on my own and the staff look after me very well l will be coming back to blue polamo and l would recommend blue polamo to my friends and family, best place ever I give it 5 ⭐️ l be back very soon 👍 xx

Honestly, everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was excellent. Loved the bicycles. They even had a few with baby seats for the little one to ride around with us. We had a great time.

I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Stunning hotel right on doctor caves beach. 3 speciality restaurants to choose from - you do need to prebook - and a buffet restaurant you just walk in to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the food was of a good standard. Very attentive and friendly staff, couldn’t fault them. Plenty of choice for drinks from beer, champagne and cocktails to spirits and soft drinks. I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.
