Nice welcome drink when we arrived, guidance and reservations on demand from the concierge. Breakfast was marvelous. The hotel is in a small street right next to all the top attractions.

This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining.

All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice of items. Staff were very efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA is located in an Art Nouveau building near the ancient walls in Lucca. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV, and DVD player.

The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. A really lovely villa just outside the main city walls. Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy beds. I enjoyed the use of the wellness centre. Good communication before visit with ideas of activities I could do.

When booked for your stay, you will enjoy an extensive American buffet breakfast. Hotel Spadai is a gem. The location is superb and walkable to and from places to visit. Our room was nice, clean and with the amenities we need. The staff were exceptionally nice. We had an early morning return flight so we had to leave the hotel at 4am. Naomi arranged for our cab to take us to the airport and arranged breakfast boxes we could take with us to ensure we dont get hungry. Such simple gestures are worth noting. Thank you and will definitely come again.

A fully equipped fitness area, an indoor boutique Spa, a seasonal outdoor plunge pool, bar and a fully equipped meeting room are also available. Very clean rooms, with a delicious breakfast. The hotel has a perfect position, near the city centre, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite the fact that the spa is usually closing at 19:00, they made the effort of preparing it for us at 20:00 because we had a reservation at a touristic attraction which we couldn't cancel. They are interested in offer a good quality of service and thus making the client happy, wich we apreciated very much.

CastelBigozzi is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, 12 km from San Gimignano. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, and rustic, air-conditioned rooms. You can book free guided excursions on the Via Francigena path. Food on site in the restaurant was excellent. Staff are extremely helpful The room we stayed in was very clean & comfortable. Would love to stay again one day.
