Truly charming. We didn’t try the spa, but my husband had an in-room massage and was very pleased. Very clean. Recommended for anyone looking to escape all the city noise. A car is essential.

Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

Best customer service ever in Italy. Location is perfect. I was impressed by the quality of the services in general. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
