The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

The breakfast was outstanding! So much served to our table - like a small buffet style. The dinner was stunning and we chose the Bistecca Fiorentina . Cooked to perfection and our waiter sliced at the table . Fantastic service ! Location was stunning although I wish we had of known about the sunset deck . That would have been perfect. Lovely pool and you're able to get pool service which was just lovely too.

The experience in Villa Sull’arno was outstanding! The staff, the room, the building itself, the garden, the spa. There is a shuttle service to the city center, which is a great idea, although we preferred to use the bikes this time and it was a lot of fun and a good way to get around the city. They are in every detail! We would love to come back!
