The Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel personnel were amazing! We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

I had a really great experience staying at LOCANDA SANTAMARINA. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Intimate, with beautiful communal areas. The rooftop is stunning, especially in the evenings. The breakfast, with room service every morning, was a personal favourite. The team is super helpful, with amazing communication, and any issues were resolved right away. They check in with you daily for your breakfast preferences. It really felt like our own little moment of peace. As soon as you step through the door, it’s like you’re transported from the busy city streets to a peaceful getaway.
