Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian at the 24-hour front desk. Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

An incredible and magical spot, I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here. Beautiful building and grounds, jaw-dropping views of the surrounding mountains. We watched herds of cows in the valley below and were enchanted by the sound of their distant clanging bells. Paola was very welcoming, telling us about the history of the property (a former school at one point!) and serving us a delicious, traditional Sicilian dinner including homegrown veggies. (And Sicilian pumpkin, in season!) We sat by the fire, we took advantage of the immense spa (including hot tub and sauna) and relished the scenery. We hope to return someday!
