Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian at the 24-hour front desk. the staff was AMAZING - very kind and supportive and flexible. the property is beautiful, modern but lots of history in the architecture, with views of the cities from the roof. it was easy to walk around to very cute shops and lots to eat. we loved it!!
