Set on its private beach, Milano Marittima's Bellettini Hotel offers parking and free WiFi, an outdoor pool, and a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Grand Hotel Terme has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Riolo Terme. With a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The staff went above and beyond there usual job. When unexpected event happened they did everything and helped in more ways than others would. Thank you lovely ladies for all you help. Wish I could rate higher.

Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

The hotel is newer, in good condition and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is available from 8am until 1pm which was very convenient. You order from a menu rather than buffet style, but you are not limited and everything is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. There is a lovely Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor and they also serve dinner there . We ate there one night and the food was fantastic! There's also a nice view of the sea from up there . We really appreciated that bicycles are available and free to borrow. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We had a car and parking was available for 20 euros a night. The location was great for us, close to the beach and to the main strip of restaurants in Cervia. About a 10min bike ride from the heart of Milano Marritima. Overall a great experience!
