The hotel is tranquil, the staff gives a warm welcome, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the cleanliness is evident, as you can smell it while walking in the lobby. The cleaning staff work contentiously. The Breakfast is fantastic; it is varied and satisfies everyone, especially the croissants, which are accompanied by the best and most expensive types of cheese. Also, laundry services are excellent and at decent prices I want to thank Mr. Luca, who checked me in and gave me a warm welcome.

The daughter greeted us by name as we emerged from the taxi. All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to see that we received what we requested. I wish we had more than 2 nights here, because we loved everything!

Accommodation, was as described on the website, and it is in a rural area just south of Faenza in Emilia Romano part of north eastern Italy. Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

Daniele and his mother Ana have an exquisite hotel and they take pride in ensuring everything is perfect for guests. They are constantly checking with you to ensure you are well looked after. Very comfortable bed, lovely fruit platter to welcome you , lovely balcony from room but there is also a terrace. Wonderful variety and freshness at breakfast So attentive , thank you to Daniele and Ana ! I will be back!

Very nice room with balcony. Great pool! Nice rooftop bar. Great food for dinner, and absolutely fabulous a la carte breakfast. The employees were all very helpful and kind!
