Also, laundry services are excellent and at decent prices I want to thank Mr. Luca, who checked me in and gave me a warm welcome.

All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to see that we received what we requested. I wish we had more than 2 nights here, because we loved everything!

Easy access to San Marino and Rimini on the coast, as well as the Ferrari museums at Maranello. Richardo, who spoke very good English, was very welcoming offering a good Italian breakfast each morning, with choices of English tea or coffee. Also, he was very helpful with places to go and finding free parking, plus any other problems which may arise, as we weren't Italian speakers.

Sweet and savory Italian breakfast buffet, yoghurt accompanied by hot and cold drinks, is provided at the table daily. Super nice hotel and staff were very friendly. Very clean.

I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff, first and foremost, wonderful ambience , stellar pool and delicious breakfasts . Lovely .

The thermal pool with salsobroiodine water and treatments and massages are available for an extra charge. The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Charming old-style hotel with modern facilities. Large garden. Great breakfast. We were fascinated.
