The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and welcoming. Beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect and in walking distance to all restaurants. This property is also accessible for people with disabilities and has rooms equipped with wheelchair access. The staff are AMAZING so friendly and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air, they truly can’t do enough and you never feel uncomfortable with them.

Delivering above on all the very hight expectations we had before coming. Great and big room, high quality beds, and greeted with a nice sweet surprise when we arrived. Staff professional and always with a smile. Breakfast was superb, testing the Laboratory was great fun, and just walking around and enjoying the place was amazing.

Just 1.5 km outside of Livigno, it has free ski bus links to the Mottolino ski area. The breakfast is spectacular!!! The chalet is beautiful and designed well for privacy. The property was designed by the Citterio, Viel and Partners architects, and includes a spa with sauna and Turkish bath. The rooms are extra large. The hotel was lovely, the room we had was spacious and very cozy, the location and parking were great. The staff was super helpful. Delicious full breakfast offering
