Everything was clean and the staff was very polite, special note for Luigi (you’re the best!) Restaurant is worth as well and a very good option for a romantic dinner

Wonderful view from the room and from the breakfast balcony. A very comfortable room! Extremely friendly staff. The shuttle from the hotel to the train station is handy and was a great help, especially in the evening.

The wellness centre is complete with a sauna and a relaxation area. Massages are also available. The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

It was the most spectacular suite! Very well though and accommodating to everyone’s need. So many different amenities in just only one suite. We had a lovely time at the property which was perfect for our family. The kids loved playing in the pools. The setting is beautiful surrounded by mountains and landscaped gardens. All the staff were friendly and the accommodation includes everything you could possibly need. There is a free shuttle bus to Lavento so you go out exploring. You should definitely book this place!
