The breakfast buffet was excellent in both choice and freshness; and the staff both in the breakfast room and at the desk were very personable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the mini bar was free. We also had dinner our first night at Ambrosia their rooftop restaurant and both the food and service were excellent. It was a very “foodie” experience.

The accommodation offers a spa centre. The room was very clean, the facilities were good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room itself was virtually soundproof: my room was right next to the breakfast room, but you wouldn't think so, as when I was inside my room I couldn't hear a thing! The breakfast was of an incredible quality, and there were gluten-free options on offer, too. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

The location couldn’t be better right near major tourist attractions and top shopping spots, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We genuinely loved everything about our stay. A recently renovated property, Essenza House is set in Rome near Sapienza University of Rome, Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro Station and Villa Borghese. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated on-site. The apartment is a short bus ride from Termini and we were satisfied with everything. It had everything we needed and location-wise it's also very convenient. They have 3 separate units within the apartment, so it's also possible to book several rooms if you're coming as larger/multiple families. AC was working well, which really helped as it was blistering hot in Rome. WiFi was also never an issue. The building is an old one that also had an old elevator, but it was good enough for us to carry our travel buggy up and down. Overall we'd recommend this property for couple or even family with kid(s).

Oksana was so lovely to deal with and once we entered the building we were so impressed. The room was so beautiful clean and I only wish that we stayed extra couple more nights. The location was great, walkable distance to everywhere. A lots of beautiful streets to explore and enjoy negroni.
