It's clean, tidy, the pool is surrounded by 100-year-old olive trees, location good for discovering both - Umbria and Toscana. The host is very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely come back with our family next year. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.

The panoramic spa includes an indoor pool with hydromassage, a panoramic sauna, a steam bath and a sun terrace. Outstanding hotel in the green heart of Italy. Comfortable, spacey, very very nice staff. The view you see when you wake up is heavenly. The food at the restaurant is excellent and theceşne list covers the local specials.

Set in Castiglione del Lago, 47 km from Piazza Grande, Agriturismo Verbena has an infinity pool, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. The property has pool and city views, and is 48 km from Perugia Cathedral. Guests can use the hot tub and the spa centre, or enjoy garden views. This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.

Guests at the farm stay can enjoy an Italian breakfast, and breakfast in the room is also available. A snack bar can be found on-site, and in the warmer months you can make use of the barbecue facilities. The location and the view of Lake Trasimeno was sensational. We loved the modern facilities of the cottage. We enjoyed the history walk around the nearby countryside. This accomodation is perfect if you have a car.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated on-site. If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the farm stay can arrange a bicycle rental service. Just enough out of the way to be in restful nature but still fairly close to sites and attractions in the area. Very friendly staff. Great massage was available. Breakfast had tasty home cooked breads and pastries and good coffees.

A buffet breakfast is provided daily at Hotel Kursaal. Next door, you will find an Umbrian restaurant serving local specialities such as pasta with wild boar or truffles.
