Friendly & helpful Staff. A very large room with a large comfortable bed and a well stocked fridge. A great shower and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We ate a fabulous meal in the restaurant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel amenities were very good. The spa & pool was great. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

The room was equipped with kettle and a fridge with complimentary water, nicely chilled.
