Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. We loved the food and ate their for most meals - breakfast and dinner were good, plus we really enjoyed the 'pub lunch'. We don't speak Italian, so communication wasn't always easy, however we embraced it and got by with the very happy and accommodating staff.

The staff were so friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the grounds are beautiful! The pools at the hotel are lovely to spend a morning/afternoon in. We also really liked the location (can walk to Poseidon spa and the beach and there are several restaurants nearby), and with the bus stop right outside it was so easy to get anywhere on the island. The staff also helped us arrange our taxi to the port on our last day and we really appreciated all their help throughout our stay!

Breakfast is served daily at the property. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and will come back for sure! I highly recommend it!

On the property’s terrace, total relax is guaranteed thanks to comfortable sun loungers. The hotel has its own features, it was so chill and well designed. The staff was friendly. Really liked the roof top bar and the food in the restaurant, delicious!
