This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. If you are coming to Florence, this hotel is an absolute must - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning!!!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE DISTANCE FROM THE CITY CENTER.HE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND WILLING TO SERVE US. VERY CLEAN ROOMS. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND THE RESTAURANT WAS PERFECT FOR WINE AND PIZZA. (A DISH WE DIDN'T LIKE WE WERE NOT CHARGED FOR IT) WE WILL DEFINITELY GO AGAIN IF WE VISIT THE CITY OF FLORENCE.

We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, with a perfect check in experience. The staff took note of my birthday during our stay and made it super special. The breakfast was also great, with the best cappucino we had in Italy. The entire staff was extremely nice, and a special thank you to our shuttle driver who drove us safely and timely, always with a huge smile on 🙏

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's a 5 minute walk from the Teatro Maggio Musicale (where we were going to a show in the evening) and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites in central Florence, so convenient. The hotel was absolutely spotless - and beautifully decorated. The bedroom, reception and dining rooms were welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh juice and great coffee and a buffet with both savoury a sweet options. Unfortunately because of the evening show we couldn't try dinner, but the staff kindly arranged for us to have a salad when we returned - rather too late for any restaurant. We'll definitely return!
