What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Victoria did an amazing job catering to our needs. We were welcomed with open arms and were given a tour of the property. Way nicer than staying inside Taormina. The view on the city is amazing.

The Palazzo has a lift which is very nice. Very reasonable price for a whole apartment. Very clean, a whole kitchen, sitting room master bedroom and bath. The hosts were very charming and helped us reserve a parking place.

The accommodation has a barbecue and a garden. The host, Stefania, was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Our trip to Sicily coincided with a fire at Catania Airport, which led to various schedule changes. But Stefania was flexible with the check-in time and offered us plenty of recommendations regarding where to shop, where to eat, and what to see. The location is superb, away from the hustle and bustle of Catania and close to other points of interest such as Mt. Etna or Taormina. It's clear to see a lot of passion has been put into making Frasteva a top of the line resort. We highly recommend it and would love to visit again in the future!
