Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with garden or inner courtyard views. At the bed and breakfast, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Wonderful staff, Mary at reception was very nice and helpful, delicious and generous breakfast, beautiful property surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Podere Maremma Spa & Ristorante, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The place was very cozy, quiet and immersed in the nature (surrounded by green landscape and olive trees, nice and open view reaching far away, it was perfect for relaxation and meditation). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was just the right size (not too small and not too big), and with a good variety. A small swimming pool area also added to the enjoyment and served as a good replacement for the beach, on the days when we had no time to drive there.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. For guests with children, the bed and breakfast provides an indoor play area. If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B - Adults Only can arrange a bicycle rental service. The hotel was clean and lovely. The host was very polite. Delicious breakfast!

Wonderful place to relax. Unique lake with warm water. Magic massage made by Rosario in Calidario SPA. Delicious food in restaurant and great hotel service. All highly recommended!
