My wife is allergic to strong chemicals used for cleaning,so when we requested to change bed sheets and towels washed with a soft detergent, the staff immediately did it for us, so we were really thankful for such a prompt responsiveness. The breakfast is also rich and nutritious, you have a lot to choose from.

It was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and boasted a charming, cozy balcony—a great spot to relax. Located just outside the busy center of Bari, it was extremely convenient to reach by foot, bus, or electric step. The host was very kind and helpful, especially when one of us fell ill. For the first time ever, I’m giving a well-deserved 10 out of 10.

Room was very clean, had everything you needed, enough space & a good eye for detail! Very smooth self check-in process, and Angelo was lovely in ensuring I feel comfortable during my stay! They immediately offered an early-check in, since the room was already available. Parking is easy & safe too. Loved the balcony with a stunning sky during sunsets, Balcony gave my stay a nice italian flair & charme! Will be back when staying in Polignano for sure!

The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

It’s the loveliest place I’ve ever stayed. The suite was beautiful and had everything I could possibly need. I booked my room very last minute and the hosts were very gracious about my timing and put me at ease right away. Great property right in the middle of town.
