The staff, the food and the hospitality was amazing. Gaurav, the owner of the hotel is a great person and made me feel at home from the start of my stay. The location is walking distance to City Palace and Hawa Mahal. They also provide city tours with tuktuk drivers or groups with bikes. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommend!

I wanted to send a parcel back to Taiwan and they helped me to find a box and a white cloth bag, even help me package it. and also took me to the bus station for free~ price is very cheap, location is good and rooftop sharing space is comfortable.

That was special! In our room, a beautiful letter handwritten to welcome us with sweet delights and fruit. CK was lovely kind and professional. Shashtavi, Sashi, Harish so great staff! Amarsar is the all-day dining venue that serves a unique Thala breakfast, a la carte breakfast, international lunch and dinner menus featuring age-old traditional recipes inspired by the Silk Route, as well as the Alila To Eat, in-room dining menu. Overall experience was fantastic, loved how Sakshi was at hand to interact and make our stay very comfortable along the way. Karan at the Archary was super, the pool was fantastic, the hi tea was brilliant and the guys at the breakfast were outstanding as was the breakfast with loads of options. The Spa facilities were outstanding with brilliant, qualified and considerate therapists.
