Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service. Whilst the location is not central Bengaluru it is perfect for relaxing at the end of a trip before going to the airport which is only a 30 minute ride away. It is connected to a mall which makes it ideal for shopping with lots of restaurants. Being inside Bhartiya City makes it feel like you're not even in India! The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are big with exceptionally large shower/bath. We will be coming back to stay for a couple of nights on each trip before returning home.

This is the best resort I have stayed at until biw. so peaceful and you can hear birds all the time. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, bright and airy, and the balcony made my day. The food is of good quality and the staff is fantastic. Their onsite Spa is also really good but the rates at the spa are a bit much in my opinion. One must try their chickoo coffee it is delish ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wish I had caught everyone's names, but Blesson was extra helpful and even helped me tape up a box to get ready for my flight. They also let me check in 3 hours early and check out 5 hours late (I expect this was because it is off season and they're not busy). The food at Cur8 and the lobby lounge was top notch. The spa was the most beautiful spa I have ever seen and the pool was lovely (with a sauna in the locker room). Ron, the massage therapist, was very professional and skilled. Extras that I especially liked: no plastic in the rooms, Chromecast, breakfast buffet with a myriad of options and table service I would live here if I could!

There are shops at the property. Fabulous rooms and grounds . Staff were so helpful and caring . Set in huge grounds with direct access to arguably the best beach in India . Om Beach. Huge pool . Loved the afternoon tea and the massages were first class . Will come back .

The staff heeded all my requests--it was my husband's birthday and even though we only stayed for a night they really went out of their way to make things memorable for us. I'll not forget the lamb dishes at the restaurant that were served to us as part of the special dining package--they were spectacular.
