The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you once again for everything—you made our experience truly unforgettable!

This is my 2nd stay (1st stay January 2020), we (4 ladies) were staying for 3 nights in Premiere Rooms (55 square meters). My room was comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was total luxury.
