The hotel was awarded 2012 Trip advisor certificate of excellence. Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

The gentleman at the desk also booked me trips for Agra and Jaipur. They are cheaper than Viator or Get Your Guide. Agra tour was perfect vip treatment, no waiting in the massive line. Jaipur was so so and the driver too.

I loved the ambiance, cozy vibes by the hotel property. The rooms were super clean, buffet selections for breakfast & dinner was simply top notch, Indian cuisine was the best. Although it was super short stay, I could Tell “ m definitely looking forward to visit again .
