The level of service and the helpfulness of the staff were extraordinary from start to finish. A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you once again for everything—you made our experience truly unforgettable!

The hotel also offers the city’s only rooftop temperature-controlled swimming pool with panoramic views of the Capital’s skyline. This is my 2nd stay (1st stay January 2020), we (4 ladies) were staying for 3 nights in Premiere Rooms (55 square meters). My room was comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was total luxury. As usual, service was excellent with hospitable staff. Mr. Sonu was helpful and accommodating. My stay was great. . See photos

The salon boasts of private treatment rooms, a gentleman’s barbering section and is outfitted with the most modern equipment and world-class beauty brands. The hotel highly exceeded my expectations. World class gem of a hotel with every amenity - lusciously decorated and grand with helpful thoughtful staff, a high-end gym and several great restaurants. Large well appointed rooms, great breakfast and central location right in the fancy area of New Delhi. Will absolutely stay here every time I need to be in Delhi and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment was huge and spectacular with lots of amenities. We received a free upgrade.
