A very special thanks goes to Rikita from the Lounge. She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us.
The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget.
Because of all the help, kindness, and professionalism shown by every member of the staff, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you once again for everything—you made our experience truly unforgettable!

The breakfast is filling and tasty. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfy and warm. The bathroom was clean. They provided a wide variety of tea bags to choose from. The room was spacious. I enjoyed the bathroom. It was very relaxing to stay in the hotel. As with my many previous stays in other Lemon tree hotels around India., i really enjoyed the stay. The house keeping staff are very nice and they respond to you very quickly if you want something like water, tea bags etc.

It was a big enough room with ample space. The bathroom was spacious as well. There was a welcome fruit platter in the room along with knives and cutlery, which was a nice touch. In many hotels, I had to ask for bottled water but here there was enough of it without having to ask for it.
All the promised facilities in the room were there and working well.
All the staff was courteous.
The breakfast spread was good with lots of options in Indian as well as continental menu, live counters, cereals, veg and non-veg options

The staff was exceptional and upgraded us because we were there to celebrate my parents' anniversary. They decorated the room with flowers and gave a complimentary cake as well which was very kind of them to do. The food was really good across cuisines - Indian, Chinese and Italian. The breakfast spread was massive and truly worth spending 3 hours at. The spa was also very good - with well trained therapists who know exactly what to do. The pool is relaxing and with the 5 jacuzzi spots it is perfect.

Very relaxing place out of the Delhi frenzy. Rooms are comfortable and well designed. There is a sense of maharajas life thanks to the restitution of the old days decors.
The spa is excellent and I can only recommend a full massage there.
The breakfast and dinner comprised in the overall price is clearly a plus.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. They could not have done more for us. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed plus more. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly want. We had massages that were first class.

Its close to the airport, I love the breakfast in the morning with many things to try from the north to the south of India.
I love the foot spa downstairs and bath in my room to soak my traveled body, I look forward to this every time I stay. I always use the steam and sauna in the morning before breakfast so I let them know and they accommodate me with putting it on early.
I always stay here because the staff are so friendly and it feels like Im at home. I feel Im no longer a guest but family.

Breakfast was AMAZING. Dinner was AMAZING. Spa massages were AMAZING. Terrace was beautiful. Everything very clean. There was toilet paper. Hot showers. TV with many apps we are used to.
