I’m deeply grateful for their service. Housekeeper Vishal Kumar has excellent customer service skills and would be well suited to a managerial role. Shabaz on reception is also very good. All of these staff members deserve recognition and promotion. Their level of care, professionalism, and warmth is rare, and I believe they will rise to higher positions in the industry.
