Offering a rooftop terrace with a heated pool and city views, The Poli House Hotel is located in Tel Aviv's Nachalat Benyamin Crafts Fair. The hotel has a spa with a free sauna and outdoor hot tub. Olga was very helpful! She helped us many times. We'll come back to this hotel.

The new POLI URBAN hotel is 200 metres from the public beach on Tel Aviv’s sea front, and a 20-minute drive from Ben-Gurion Airport. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite... It was extremely good, everything was ok, staff very helpful

The service was incredible, simply perfect, and the hotel employees, all genuinely kind, always attentive and at your service, made me feel at home, like a member of their family. I must say that I have never experienced such a wonderful vacation, anywhere I have been. All my congratulations and respect go to the Carlton team in Tel Aviv.

Comfortable and beautiful room (we were upgraded to a suite - which was a great surprise - But I saw the original room and it’s exactly the same design and standard, but smaller). Room was spotless clean, located in a historical renovated building, with great design, and SUPER friendly staff. 50 meters from the beach, and walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!!

There’s no gym or pool, but they offer group workouts and yoga sessions, so that more than makes up for it. What really makes this place special is the staff. And I mean every single person working there. I stayed for a longer period and got to know many of them - the warmth, professionalism, and energy they bring create the hotel’s entire atmosphere. Whoever built this team deserves real credit. I just hope they manage to keep them, because that’s where The Vera’s true success lies.

The customer service was top notch, from leading us to the room, fixing little mistakes in the room, calling us half way our stay to ask if all is ok, absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, we were on the fifth floor with a sea and town view, comfy bed, big screen, free mini bar with cookies, all the little details were there, the shampoo etc. Was high quality, we had a bath and shower which was a delight! We had an awesome couple massage, the spa is beautiful with drinks and cookies, The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfast was in abundance and delicious, the location is awesome with the beach right there and the old city yaffo next to us, 5 min walk to the light rail train, 2 min away from nevei tzedek neighborhood, parking in the hotel although it probably is fully packed when the hotel is full
