Understated elegance. Every one of the staff that interacted with me was above and beyond in competence, attention, and hospitality. I felt like the most important person in the place.

Lovely family atmosphere and staff were very attentive to all needs.
Loved the fact that the 3 children had proper single beds rather than sofa beds or sharing beds as in other hotels and all beds were very comfy.

We had a very good time at the Maldron, a ductile and modern hotel good for either business and family trip.
As a family, we enjoyed the big room, the very nice bathroom and shower and the ample and efficient common spaces, either for a very rich Irish breakfast or for a dinner with ample choice of food and beverages.
The cherry on the pie for us was Maldron's partnership with Club Vitae, a great health and fitness club whose services are included with the booking: a nice swimming pool alongside a pool for kids, clean and with tiepid water, plus steam room, sauna and jacuzzi...we enjoyed that a lot and almost didn't wanted to leave for our scheduled outside activities!
Staff was very kind and prepared at both the Maldron and Club Vitae reception, our time in Limerick was smooth sailing from arrival until check-out.
Easy access to places of interest in Limerick City, and conveniently near to M7 for access to those east, west, and south of the City.
Delicious and generous breakfast.
Pleasant view of cloud formations & sundown from the 3rd floor room.
Underground closed parking felt safe, with direct access to floors by lift and room access card.Uncomplicated check-in and online checkout; 15 minute period of grace for checkout.
Spacious room & bathroom.
Interesting Art Deco style of foyer and staircase.

The staff was super friendly and Helpful. They held my bag during my early arrival, made good recommendations to eat and hang out. The amenities were next level great (Room, Grooming products , Bed and linens/Towels ). The spa downstairs was also next level. I love spa`s and I rank this one as one of the best I have had (Decor , quiet , peaceful , great Massage and wellness products). Breakfast . lunch and tea time were great eats (I found just the supper was not at the same level from a price perspective)
