Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The installations are marvelous, the staff is so warm and kind and always with a smile on their face, willing to accommodate your needs and help when necessary. The pool is stunning, it's perfect for those hot days to cool off a moment. The room itself we had was exceptional, the AC was perfect, the shower worked perfectly, and the beds were very stylish like in the photos, and they were very comfortable. The room had a fridge, the installations had mineral potable water to refill your bottle and go about your day, and the safe in the room was nice as well to be able to keep valuables in them while on our way. Also, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels replaced daily too. You barely could hear anything from outside, the walls were nice although, one thing.
